The information published is intended for executives (Director of Sales level and above) in the medical industry who may have been out of the search market for many years. Additionally, though, much of the information enclosed can be used by others seeking career transitions. Please note that not all of the information will be relevant to your situation.

Phase 1:  Pre search – In this section, we will help you envision and shape your ideal position. If you do not know what you are looking for, you will never know when you find it. This section also addresses how to set realistic expectations as well as how to mentally get in the game.

Phase 2:  Self branding and marketing. Learn how to effectively showcase yourself in today’s dominating world of social media. And yes, you’ll still need a good ole fashioned resume.

Phase 6:  Working with potential employers – In this section, we provide guidance on navigating the interview process, offer negotiation and onboarding process.

Phase 8:  Rapid acclimation to your new employer.
