To ensure the best audio and video quality, please:
- Use headphones with a built-in mic or an external microphone if available
- Join from a quiet, well-lit space with minimal background noise
- Use a reliable internet connection (wired Ethernet preferred if possible)
- Test your audio/video in advance using free tools like Zoom Test or Webcam Test
Recording Day:
On the morning of your scheduled podcast, you'll receive an email with a Streamyard link to join the recording session. Just click that link a few minutes before your scheduled time to get set up.

Appearance & Dress Code
Dress comfortably but professionally—solid colors work best on camera. Avoid busy patterns or bright whites that can cause glare.
Lighting Tips:
