Role Description: In this role as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management, you will build and run the full RCM function for a new DME arm of the business. Initially, you will operate as a hands-on individual contributor and, over time, transition into a leadership role as the volume grows and the team expands. You will help to improve access to life-changing medical devices for special needs families across the country and partner closely with the COO, CFO, CEO, and VP of Growth.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
– 5+ years’ experience involving healthcare insurance plan claims review and payment.
– Experience in securing funding of specialized medical equipment.
– Understanding of healthcare insurance plan operations to include coverage policies, fee schedules, medical review, prior approvals, appeals of denied coverage, and payer network operations.
