This role will lead go-to-market efforts in Florida, driving sales strategy, building strategic partnerships, and collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Strategy to accelerate adoption across risk-bearing organizations. Ideal candidates bring strong VBC relationships, startup agility, and a proven track record of closing complex, outcomes-driven deals.

The Ideal Candidate
-Proven track record of selling value-based care solutions into ACOs, IDNs, or risk-bearing provider groups, with a history of driving adoption and delivering results within the first year.
-Self-sufficient territory builder with experience launching new markets in Florida or the Southeast, preferably based near a major airport and comfortable with regional travel.
