Role Description: Cytrellis is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to support a fast-growing medical device organization developing FDA-cleared capital equipment and consumables. This role is for a doer, not a career director.
You’ll own day-to-day quality execution audits, CAPAs, change control, supplier quality, and cross-functional problem solving, working closely with Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate brings a “find a way” mindset, confidence in regulated environments, and experience supporting electromechanical or capital equipment medical devices.
This is a tactical, roll-up-your-sleeves role with real ownership and visibility, ideal for someone ready to make a direct impact as the company scales its next-generation platform.
