Role Description: The Senior Manager, Global Medical Affairs role offers a high-visibility opportunity to help shape Medical Affairs at a pivotal growth stage, with multiple trials active, late-stage milestones approaching, and several FDA decisions on the horizon. You’ll play a central role in building and scaling a modern MA function and field model, driving evidence generation and launch readiness across coronary and peripheral therapies. With strong international data, a deep pipeline, and global exposure, including APAC, this position offers career-making impact and clear succession potential.
-High-visibility role during a major build phase—help shape Medical Affairs and the field MSL model from the ground up
-Real runway to impact multiple launches, starting with a coronary DCB program backed by strong EU data and global publications
-Executive exposure, global collaboration (including APAC), and a clear long-term growth path within a company re-establishing itself as a leader in interventional therapies
-Advanced clinical/scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, NP, or equivalent) with at least 3-5+ years in Medical Affairs leadership experience, ideally in interventional cardiology or vascular therapies
-Proven ability to engage with KOLs, analyze and present complex clinical data, and support product launches in fast-paced, evolving therapeutic areas
