Role Description: Sonex Health is a fast-growing medical device company based in Minnesota that pioneered ultrasound-guided, minimally invasive procedures such as carpal tunnel release, offering patients faster recovery and lower risk compared to open or endoscopic surgery. The company is expanding rapidly with the launch of new reimbursement codes and additional indications, creating exciting growth opportunities across the U.S. We are hiring a new Practice Development Consultant (PDC), a field-based sales role responsible for driving territory growth by identifying and onboarding new physicians, building long-term customer relationships, and supporting training and reimbursement for Sonex technologies.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

+ 3+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably in OR/ASC/office settings, with a track record of hitting quota.

+ Proven ability to introduce and grow adoption of disruptive technologies, building new business, and onboarding physicians.
