Healthcare expenses are increasing at an alarming rate. According to Mercer we saw a 3.2% rise in 2022, and 5.4% increase this year. That is more than an average of $16,000 per-employee. And due to inflation, specialty drug cost, and increases in chronic conditions, cost will continue to rise.
