Role Description: Fesarius is an early-stage company launching DermiSphere hDRT, the first and only hydrogel dermal regeneration template on the market. The Market Development Manager will own Greater Los Angeles — converting existing hospital access into physician utilization while independently opening new surgeons across plastic surgery, orthopedics, trauma, and podiatry. This is a hunter’s role: heavy time in the OR, working the case board, and building the market from the ground up. A chance for a strong surgical rep to earn a manager title without leaving the field.
