Role Description: This Senior Manufacturing & Quality Engineer opportunity puts you in ownership of both manufacturing and quality engineering functions at a specialized medical device CDMO in Miami Lakes — no silos, no bureaucracy, just real technical ownership across the full product lifecycle. You’ll be embedded in complex cardiovascular and electromechanical device development, working directly alongside leadership on new and growing product partnerships. -5+ years of medical device engineering experience with genuine depth in both manufacturing process development and quality engineering — someone who has owned CAPAs, written work instructions, and designed fixtures without needing to hand any of it off
-Proficient in SolidWorks for tooling and fixture design, comfortable with IQ/OQ/PQ validations, and fluent in FDA QMSR, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971
