About the Role
As a Talent Advisor with FloodGate Medical, you’ll have the opportunity to build relationships within the Medical Device industry by providing valuable insight on job opportunities for candidates and advising on the best hiring practices for our clients as a trusted advisor. You will be responsible for targeting, screening, and recommending qualified candidates to hiring managers. Talent Advisors will be responsible for account management with core clients.

Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years in a sales or sales-related role
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in recruiting/staffing preferred, but not required
- Currently lives in Tampa Bay or the close surrounding areas
