Her prior work experience provided her with a unique point of view as she transitioned into the recruiting industry, specializing in pharmaceuticals and biotech.
A Florida native, Karen’s career journey took her through Texas, Wisconsin, Colorado, and back to the Sunshine State. Married for 22 years to her college sweetheart, Joe, and a proud mom of two teenagers, Karen finds joy in travel, family time, reading, cappuccinos, and treasured friendships.
