Morgan Mills is a Sr. Talent Director at FloodGate Medical specializing in cardiovascular and vascular MedTech. She partners with leadership teams across clinical development and commercialization to align hiring strategy with company growth, product milestones, and market expansion. Her work spans Commercial, Clinical Affairs, Medical Affairs, and Research, with experience supporting broader leadership searches across Regulatory, R&D, and Operations.

With a background in ICU nursing, Morgan brings clinical context to her work in MedTech recruitment. After earning her RN license in Connecticut and contributing to institutions such as Moffitt Cancer Center and Tampa General Hospital, she transitioned into sales and MedTech executive search. Over the past several years, she has built strong relationships across the cardiovascular device ecosystem, working closely with startups, growth-stage companies, and established strategics.

Morgan is known for her disciplined market insight, consistent engagement with industry leaders, and practical understanding of how innovation moves from clinical development to commercial scale. She remains closely attuned to shifts in capital investment, commercialization readiness, and leadership needs across the cardiovascular and vascular space.

Originally from South Georgia and now based in Florida, Morgan enjoys Pilates, indoor cycling, running, long walks, traveling to both new destinations and favorite spots, and spending time with her German Shepherd mix, Duke.
