As FloodGate Medical’s Talent Director specializing in Oncology programs, Renee brings a rare combination of clinical expertise and business acumen to the MedTech recruiting space. Since joining FloodGate in 2022, she’s been connecting top talent with leading organizations in Radiation Oncology, General Oncology, and Population Health Management nationwide.

What sets Renee apart is her journey. Starting her career as an RN in Emergency and ICU settings, she moved into clinical informatics at Moffitt Cancer Center, where she spent over 7 years pioneering clinical pathways and EHR integration. She pursued her MBA to help navigate the evolving landscape of healthcare technology, becoming one of the early pioneers implementing Electronic Health Records for clinicians. This unique background gives her an insider’s understanding of what it truly takes to succeed in MedTech roles – she’s walked in her candidates’ shoes.

Originally from Cincinnati, OH, Renee now calls the Greater Tampa Bay Area home. Beyond recruitment, she’s deeply committed to the health and wellbeing of her community, volunteering her time with Think Big for Kids, More Health, and the USF Health Leadership & Innovation Forum of Tampa Bay.
