The BRAVE Coalition

Throughout October’s Breast Cancer Awareness month, our FloodGate team will track every mile we walk/run/bike/swim and match $1-per-mile for the BRAVE Coalition, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting breast cancer survivors on their restoration journey.

We’ll add some miles to match through our BRAVE Breast Cancer Walk on Bayshore Boulevard Thursday, October 12th, 4-5 pm, and invite you to join us! We’ll meet in the south parking lot of Hyde Park United Methodist Church, walk a route to Bayshore Boulevard, across the bridge into downtown Tampa, and finish with a Happy Hour at the Sail Plaza to cool off. Please invite others, and encourage them to register so we know who’s stepping up!

In addition, any donations up to $2500 given to FloodGate Foundation through the month of October will be matched and gifted to BRAVE Coalition for their efforts to support women through breast cancer treatment and restoration.

You can join our efforts in 3 ways:

• Lace up your walking shoes and join us on October 12th, 4-5 pm for our BRAVE Breast Cancer Walk (ending in a downtown Tampa Happy Hour to cool off)

• Track your/your company’s miles through the month which FloodGate will match $1-per-mile

• Give a donation to the FloodGate Foundation that we will match and pass along to The BRAVE Coalition
