As Head of R&D, you will report directly into the CEO. You will have incredible autonomy to build out a vision & roadmap for new product development.

The Ideal Candidate:
-Advanced degree in Biology or similar.
-Commercial experience in either skin, wound or bone healing
-Experienced with successful new product development track record
-Strong people leader
