Is there any commitment required from me?
None. You're free to take the list and never speak to us again. There's no obligation to hire through FloodGate.
Can I do this without a strategy call?
The strategy call is how we calibrate to exactly what you need before we source, so it's a required first step, but it's 30 minutes and focused entirely on your role, not a sales pitch.
Is the 2-day timeline real?
Yes, once your strategy call is complete, we start sourcing immediately and deliver within 2 business days. If a role has unusually narrow requirements, we'll tell you upfront if it needs more time, before we start, not after.
What happens after I get the list?
You're free to run with it yourself. We'll also walk you through how we sourced it and what it typically takes to close candidates like these, entirely optional to take further.
