For candidates

Send it once. We'll know where it belongs.

You aren't applying to a job posting here. You're telling a specialist recruiter what you do, so that when the right role comes up, you're the call they already know to make.

Free to you, always. Confidential by default.

What happens to it

Three things, in this order.

  • A specialist reads it, not a filter

It goes to the Talent Director who works your corner of MedTech, across 40 therapeutic verticals. If you didn't name a specialty, someone reads it and works out where it belongs.

  • We reach out when it fits

When a role matches what you do and what you told us, a Talent Director contacts you. Until then you stay in the network for when it changes.

  • Nothing moves without you

Your resume goes to no company until you have said yes to that specific company and that specific role. No blind submissions, ever.

Your resume

Position type, level and vertical route it to the Talent Director who works that market. Salary is optional, and stays between you and us.

Position type

Choose every type you would consider.

Position level
Verticals

The areas of MedTech you have worked in or want to.

Base plus commission and bonus.

What you want next, what you won't move for, and anything a resume doesn't show.

Free to you, always. Your resume goes to no company without your say-so first.

Before you upload

The questions worth asking first.

Does it cost anything?
No, and it never will. The hiring company pays the fee. You're never invoiced and nothing comes out of your compensation.
Will my employer find out?
Not from us. We don't post your resume anywhere, we don't share it with a company without asking you first, and we don't call your current employer.
What if I am not actively looking?
Send it anyway. Most of the people we place weren't looking when we called. Being in the network costs you nothing and means the right role finds you rather than the other way round.
What if you have nothing for me today?
Then you stay in the network. You keep the compensation data and the guides, and a Talent Director reaches out when a role matches what you told us.

Great people attract great people.

Know someone better suited than you are?

Send them this page. The best people in MedTech are usually found through the people who already rate them.
