I feel like my work is an extension of who I am as a person. I get to learn about people and their professional goals and make an impact on them and their family's life. I also get to help companies build company culture and get medical devices and products into the hands of patients and clinicians who need them.
“I had the pleasure of working with Brittany during my recruitment for my current role at PIO. She is an exceptional recruiter who truly understands her candidates and the positions she fills. Brittany made the process smooth and enjoyable, and I appreciate her support and guidance. Highly recommend!”
“Working with Brittany was a delight! She has a passion for helping her clients- you can hear it, see it and feel it! Her engagement, knowledge, feedback, follow-up and sense of urgency surpass any experience I have had with other recruiter. There was never a moment where I had to wonder if Brittany had my best interest in mind.”

A 27-hire expansion in an average of 43 days
An interventional oncology company needed to build out its team: 27 hires across five types of position, for ten different hiring managers. I managed the expansion, and the roles filled in an average of 43 days.
Volume is only half of it. Building relationships and keeping the connection matters just as much. I kept in regular touch with one sales leader for two years, so when the ideal role came up I knew to reach out. That leader is now Regional Vice President, East, at a urology company.

Away from work
Originally from north of Salt Lake City, Utah: a mountain girl at heart who loves living near the beach. Married 15 years to a 20-year Air Force veteran, with two sons and a five-year-old Australian Shepherd named Willow. Has traveled to London, Paris, Frankfurt and Rome in the last few years, and gets out on the golf course whenever there's free time. Iced coffee, wine and dinner with friends are a few favorite things. A big Denver Broncos fan who runs three fantasy football teams.
