I have always loved storytelling and being able to communicate it so that several audiences understand it, and I realized I was good at it too, which made it more fun.
MedTech was new to me. Seeing the work our team puts in every day and the lives they change is why I am still here, and now I get to contribute to that from my end.

How Callista sees the work
What makes a strong marketing hire is someone who understands the brand, communicates well, thinks strategically and can turn ideas into consistent, meaningful content. Tools can be taught. Strong judgment, curiosity and an instinct for what will connect with an audience are much harder to develop.
Away from work
A beginner baker, born in Pittsburgh but raised in Tampa. Has family in Italy she visits when she can, and loves to travel.
