Chris Leuzze

Chris joined FloodGate in 2010 following a career in systems integration and software consulting. He brings that background to the practical challenges of recruiting: connecting workflows, improving how information is captured and shared, and translating complex business needs into tools the team can use.

His work spans operational leadership and financial and commercial strategy, helping build successful, lasting client partnerships. He unites the firm's people, processes, data and technology into one connected system.

He also leads FloodGate's initiatives in AI and automation, guided by a clear principle: technology should reduce routine work and elevate everyone in the firm, so every team member can contribute their strongest expertise and judgment and build deeper client and candidate relationships.

Chris believes AI is raising the bar for what clients should expect from a talent partner. At FloodGate, that means purpose-built technology paired with deep relationship context: understanding a client's organization, preserving what the team learns through its conversations, and applying that knowledge to each new decision.
