I love the relationship side of recruiting and getting to work with people who are building things that actually impact patient care. MedTech keeps me interested because there is always something new to learn, and I genuinely enjoy being part of the industry.
Clients would probably describe me as responsive, honest and easy to work with. They know they can count on me to keep them updated, be transparent throughout the process and really understand what they are looking for.
“I was truly fortunate to have Natalie's expertise on my side when she approached me about a new opportunity in the MedTech field. Natalie was an invaluable resource, helping me navigate an expedited hiring process with C-suite executives during a particularly hectic time in my life. Her communication, attention to detail and coaching were unlike anything I had previously experienced with a recruitment professional. I highly recommend consulting with her regarding your career opportunities.”
“Natalie was fantastic. She helped answer any and all questions I had about the role I was interviewing for. She also consistently called and emailed to keep me updated and to coordinate my upcoming interviews with my now employer. I really appreciated her supportive follow-ups and her care for my success and career progression. I highly recommend Natalie to anyone looking for a hard-working, high-quality talent advisor.”
“Natalie Johnson is an amazing recruiter, and my experience working with her has been nothing but positive. From the very beginning of the interview process, Natalie was extremely responsive, supportive, and professional. She did an excellent job serving as the bridge between me and the company, making sure I had the information and context I needed at every stage of the process.
What stood out to me most was how well Natalie understood both the company’s needs and what they were looking for in a candidate. Before each interview round, she provided helpful guidance on what to expect and the areas the interviewers would likely want to discuss. She also provided valuable feedback throughout the process, which helped me better understand how I was progressing and how to prepare for the next step.
This was especially helpful for me because I had been in the same role for several years and had worked on a wide variety of projects and responsibilities. Natalie’s guidance helped me identify the most relevant experiences from my background and prepare meaningful examples that aligned with what the company was looking for.
Beyond her recruiting expertise, Natalie made the entire process feel personal and collaborative rather than transactional. She was always available to answer questions, communicate updates, and make sure I felt prepared and informed.
I truly appreciate all of Natalie’s support throughout the process and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a recruiter who is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping candidates succeed.”

A Director of Marketing search with a very narrow pool
One of the searches I am proudest of was a Director of Marketing search for a leading medical device company. The role required a very specific combination of MedTech industry experience, marketing leadership and the ability to operate strategically in a highly technical environment, which made the candidate pool especially challenging. I took a targeted approach to identifying and engaging passive talent rather than relying on traditional applicants, while spending time understanding both the company's needs and what would motivate the right candidate to make a move. Through consistent communication and careful alignment throughout the process, I identified a strong match and moved the candidate through to a successful placement. It is a good example of the specialized, relationship-driven search work I enjoy most.

How Natalie sees the work
The most common mistake in a niche market is looking for a purple unicorn: a candidate who meets every requirement at once, in a pool where that person may not exist.
