One industry, one team, since 2001.
FloodGate Medical is a retained search firm specializing exclusively in MedTech. Since 2001, from Tampa, FL and across the country, we've helped companies build exceptional teams, from individual contributors to executive leadership, across commercial, clinical, regulatory, quality, and operations functions.
We believe that nothing matters more than people, which is why we treat all people like they matter. That starts with our own team: we have helped dozens of team members achieve their personal and professional goals, and we give our time and treasure to local organizations every month, as a team and through the FloodGate Foundation.

What the team says about working here.
I love that FG is family first. The business is very important to everyone, but family always comes first and when something is going on in one of our lives we all step up to help and support in any way we can. I've never known a company to be as caring and supportive as FloodGate. I also love that we are all working towards the same goal and everyone has the same mindset of wanting to do better for the company and themselves and it shows in our work.

Two words: culture and opportunity. I love FloodGate because it's a team and culture that challenges me to be better, by nudging me outside the comforts of mediocrity both professionally and personally. FloodGate continually sets the standard for the industry with a simple constant focus on improving lives for candidates, clients, and the community, and gives me purpose in everything I do there.

Our mission is to improve lives. That's what you'll do when you work at FloodGate. You'll help to improve the lives of our candidates, our clients, our community, and ourselves. Aspire to more!

Our leadership leads by example. They live by our core values and ensure everyone in the company is doing the same. Volunteering in our community each month is an integrated part of our company. It is simply who we are and what we do. Improving lives is the core of our business and the foundation on which it was built.

What I love about FloodGate is that I have the opportunity and support to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of people every single day. I get to work on a team with people who want to grow, develop, and help each other succeed. I also love that every day is different because every person I talk to is unique.
