Role Description: OrthoRPM is a fast-growing digital health startup delivering a software-based Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) platform purpose-built for orthopedic practices. The solution enables surgeons to remotely monitor patients post-op using digital protocols—no hardware required—while unlocking $250–$500 in incremental revenue per patient through new CPT codes. As a brand-new model in a wide-open market, OrthoRPM is rapidly gaining early traction and scaling toward a near-term exit.
