Role Description: This is a Territory Manager position to sell our client’s disruptive product- the only FDA PMA-approved technology indicated for reducing reherniation and reoperation after lumbar discectomy, the #1 most common spine surgery.

Comp: 250k+ all in first year
Base: $110k
MBO guarantee of $30k per quarter to get you up and running
Stock options: 150k stock options and performance-based options that will vest over next 12 months.

Bounty Program: Make intro with other reps and distributors and Intrinsic will pay you $500/appointment $1,000 first case, 7% thereafter.
