Women's Health recruiting and talent strategy.

Women's health spans the hospital operating room, the ambulatory surgery center and the office, where more procedures are now done under local anesthesia, along with fertility laboratories, imaging and maternal care. Many practices belong to large groups with their own contracting, and patient demand influences adoption more than in most specialties. Engineering, laboratory science, clinical evidence, regulatory and commercial teams all have to earn trust in a field shaped by past product controversies.

What we search

Inside women's health.

A search usually sits in one of these areas, and often spans two or three.

01

Gynecologic surgery

Hysterectomy, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy and the energy, visualization and closure products used in them. Case volume has shifted toward minimally invasive and outpatient approaches, so device and visualization engineering, in-room support and cost per case all matter.

  • Product Development Engineer
  • Visualization Engineer
  • Clinical Specialist
  • Surgical Sales Representative
02

Fertility and IVF

Laboratory equipment, media, incubators, imaging and genetic testing used by fertility clinics, many now owned by networks. Embryology science, media formulation, laboratory automation and service reputation carry the decision, since switching a lab protocol is risky for a clinic.

  • Embryologist
  • Media Formulation Scientist
  • Field Applications Scientist
  • Account Executive
03

Contraception

Intrauterine devices, implants, permanent contraception and barrier methods, supplied through clinics, health systems, public health programs and retail pharmacy. Drug-device combination development, clinical trials and regulatory work sit behind buy-and-bill economics and public sector contracts.

  • Combination Product Engineer
  • Clinical Trial Manager
  • Regulatory Affairs Manager
  • Market Access Manager
04

Pelvic floor

Prolapse repair, pessaries, pelvic floor rehabilitation and devices for pelvic floor dysfunction. Litigation over surgical mesh left surgeons and hospitals cautious, so biomaterials science, long-term clinical evidence and claims discipline matter in every role.

  • Biomaterials Scientist
  • Clinical Affairs Manager
  • Professional Education Manager
  • Market Development Manager
05

Menopause

Treatment for vasomotor symptoms, genitourinary changes and bone health, delivered through gynecology, primary care and menopause clinics. Prescription, device and office procedure offerings need different clinical, regulatory and commercial teams, and clinician education carries weight.

  • Medical Science Liaison
  • Regulatory Affairs Specialist
  • Brand Manager
  • Practice Development Manager
06

Maternal and fetal health

Fetal monitoring, obstetric ultrasound, prenatal screening and products for postpartum hemorrhage and hypertensive disorders. Labor and delivery units buy with nursing leadership involved, so signal processing, imaging, laboratory science and staff training across every shift all matter.

  • Signal Processing Engineer
  • Ultrasound Engineer
  • Clinical Education Specialist
  • Account Executive
07

Breast health

Screening and diagnostic imaging, biopsy and localization devices, and the workflow from an abnormal image to a tissue diagnosis. Imaging physics, AI and software engineering and applications support shape capital decisions and radiologist preference.

  • Imaging Physicist
  • Machine Learning Engineer
  • Clinical Applications Specialist
  • Capital Sales Specialist
08

Fibroids and endometriosis

Uterine fibroid embolization, radiofrequency ablation, myomectomy and hysteroscopic removal, alongside surgery for endometriosis. Patients often see several clinicians before treatment, so device engineering, clinical evidence and referral agreements between gynecology and interventional radiology all drive volume.

  • R&D Engineer
  • Clinical Research Manager
  • Clinical Specialist
  • Therapy Development Manager
What makes it hard

Where women's health searches go wrong.

The assumptions that cost the most time, and what tends to be true instead.

“One person can cover the hospital and the office”

A gynecology territory can contain a hospital operating room, a surgery center and offices doing procedures under local anesthesia, each with its own buyer, price and approval path. The hospital sale runs on committees and contracts, the office sale on practice economics. Asking one person to carry both usually means the longer hospital cycle gets neglected when the quarter tightens.

“Evidence and claims are a regulatory team's job”

Surgical mesh litigation made gynecologists and hospital counsel wary of anything that sounds oversold, and that memory still shapes how new products are received. Engineering, clinical, marketing and field teams all have to stay inside the label and document what they promise. Leaders who build that discipline into every function get second meetings.

“Fertility lab talent comes only from fertility clinics”

Embryologists and lab directors bring irreplaceable credibility, but building fertility products also takes cell culture science, laboratory automation, imaging and software engineering, and quality systems. Many of those people come from life science tools and diagnostics. Searches that look only at clinic backgrounds miss much of the pool.

Roles we fill

How a search runs

Four steps, every time.

The same sequence whether the seat is an engineer, a clinical lead or a territory in women's health, or the executive who builds the team around them.

  1. 01Define

A Talent Director who knows your specialty scopes the role, what it has to deliver and the profile that actually wins in your market.

  2. 02Search & vet

We reach passive candidates others can't, then screen for skill, culture fit and motivation before you see a single resume.

  3. 03Present

Three to five qualified, interested candidates with our written assessment. Interviews are coordinated for you.

  4. 04Close & onboard

Offer strategy, counter-offer prep and a 90-day check-in so great hires become long-term ones.
